Makayla Silva

Owner

Hi! I’m Makayla! I am the Owner of The Giggling Pig in Milford. Growing up as a child who loved art, and couldn’t get enough of it, my parents were always seeking opportunities for me to learn and be exposed to the arts, taking classes from the kitchen tables of some incredible Milford artists. Now, as a Milford mother of two, I quickly realized a need in the Milford community for arts programming for children. I have known Hannah for 10 years, taking my own children to her Shelton studio and was thrilled to have the opportunity to open a Giggling Pig in Milford.

Isabel Semel

Art Teacher

Hi! I’m Isabel! I am a Fine Arts student at Paier College of Design. There is never a day that goes by where I am not painting, drawing, or sculpting. I have been a lover of the visual arts since I was old enough to hold a pencil, and I feel so lucky to be able to do what I love every day. The Giggling Pig allows me apply my skills and aid in the artistic growth of all children with a creative mind! It is a wonderful place with talented instructors and lots of fun art projects.
