About Us

The Giggling Pig is thrilled to bring a pop-up location to the Trumbull Insports Center! We have teame up with this fantastic facility to provide kids and families with a fun and creative pastime.

 

Say goodbye to boredom while waiting for your sibling's training to wrap up — now children can drop in and paint with us, engaging in a stimulating and imaginative activity that makes them feel truly special. Parents can also join in on the fun with a bit of painting and sipping. Whether you're there with the little ones or unwinding at the bar with a glass of wine, be sure to swing by, say hello, and discover all that we have in store for you!

Corrinne

Art Teacher 

Corrinne is a senior at Western Connecticut State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Art Education. Art has always been a passion of hers, and she enjoys exploring creativity through painting and a variety of artistic mediums. One of the most rewarding aspects of her journey is inspiring children to express themselves through art and helping them discover their unique creative abilities. Corrinne is excited to share her enthusiasm for creativity and make a positive impact on the lives of young artists through her work at The Giggling Pig.

Seraphine

Camp Assistant

Seraphine has been part of The Giggling Pig community for as long as she can remember, taking classes throughout her childhood and developing a deep love for art and creativity. The studio played an important role in inspiring her imagination and nurturing her artistic talents from a young age.

A talented artist with a passion for creative expression, Seraphine is excited to now be a member of The Giggling Pig team. She loves helping children explore their creativity, build confidence in their artistic abilities, and discover the joy of making art. Seraphine looks forward to fostering imagination, creativity, and fun for the next generation of young artists.

Ashley Martell

Piglets Teachers

Ashley Martell is a Monmouth University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Education and a minor in Psychology, certified to teach grades K–12. She is a professional Makeup Artist known for her creativity, as well as her patience and warmth with children. Ashley is also a dedicated mother of two elementary school–aged children. She is so excited to be teaching at The Giggling Pig in Trumbull.

Allison Bonfiglio

Art Teacher

 

Allison is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Teaching with a focus on Elementary Education. She first joined The Giggling Pig in Shelton in 2021, working alongside Lana, and is thrilled to be part of the team again at the new Trumbull location.

Passionate about working with children, Allison strives to create a fun, creative, and positive environment where young artists can learn, build friendships, and express themselves with confidence. She is excited to inspire creativity and make meaningful connections with students throughout the summer and beyond.

Ellie Fried

Camp Assistant

Elisabeth “Ellie” Fried is an English teacher at Masuk High School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and English from Stonehill College and a Master’s degree in Remedial Reading from Southern Connecticut State University. She is currently pursuing her Sixth Year Degree at Sacred Heart University.

Ellie is excited to spend the summer at The Giggling Pig Art Studio in Trumbull, helping young artists explore their creativity in a fun and supportive environment.

Outside of teaching, Ellie enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, collecting sea glass, and coaching the Masuk JV girls’ soccer team.
