This 2 hour class has become a popular choice for pre-teens to teens. With 2 hours of creativity it's a dream come true for budding artists. While being educated about art composition, shading, blending, values and more, students work independently to produce unique pieces of art from their creative point of view.
Not only is this is great chance to be creative, it's also an opportunity to meet like minded students with passion for art. Because of our students independence when working, we no longer date the projects for the month. They run in order, but sometimes extend into the next week.
Advanced Art is designed for our pre-teens and teens. Junior Advanced is for kids ages 8-11 who have surpassed Intermediate Art and are ready for the next level. Projects will typically be the same for both Advanced Art and Junior Advanced Art. The only difference is in the instruction; Customized to meet the needs of the two different age groups. We will place students accordingly and are flexible when it comes to finding the best age group that suits your child.
